Complaints Policy

At Outsauce we believe in ‘going the extra mile’ when it comes to customer satisfaction. However, we know that, even in the best-run businesses, there can be times when customers feel that their expectations haven’t been met.

Customer feedback means a great deal to us. If you feel that we have not fulfilled your requirements and you wish to make a complaint, please email or write to us and outline your concerns. Please address any complaints to the Complaints Team or complaints@outsauce.net .

When you first raise your concerns, we will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days of receipt and we will give you the name of the person in Outsauce who will handle your complaint.

Successful resolution of complaints is important to us, so we will make every effort to deliver a full response to your concerns and correct any errors within 5 working days following receipt of your complaint.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns we will tell you why.
